Our Training MethodsMy responsibility as a trainer is to create and organize an effective session. A well planned and well conducted practice session allows maximum opportunity for young players to develop a solid technique base. In order to master the techniques, the student needs to practice through repetition, gradually increasing pressure upon the drill. My training sessions will consist of many activities in order for me to motivate the players with varying attention spans and levels of concentration. My first priority is to provide my students with specific coaching points so they may understand and learn the techniques correctly through detailed instruction and demonstration. My second priority is to make the training session fun and upbeat so the players are motivated to learn the techniques. In my sessions, repetition does not have to mean boring. It is challenging for me to be innovative and to energize my players/students. Your child will work harder than they have ever worked before, but they won't realize it because they will have fun and see the positive outcome.
